In her professional activity, she combines both legal consultancy in corporate matters and litigation practice. She has experience assisting clients in the negotiation of civil and commercial contracts. She provides legal advice to the energy division of one client of the firm, providing legal support to projects developed in Uruguay and abroad.

Education

  • Lawyer, School of Law and Social Sciences, Universidad de la República (Uruguay), 2012.
  • Masters Degree in Private Law, Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (France), 2017. Her dissertation concerns liability for the infringement of the duty to inform.
  • PhD candidate, Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, since 2017. Her dissertation concerns contract law and the social and environmental conditions of fabrication of products.

Research and academic activity

  • Assistant Professor of Private Law, at the Universidad de la República (Uruguay). In this capacity, she teaches Contract Law. She also gives lectures in the Damages Law Masters Degree Program.
  • Teaching Assistant in Contractual Law at the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (2017-2018).
