Partner and co-founder of the accountant firm Algorta & Regent associated with Scelza & Montano. He counts more than 30 years of professional experience. He has specialized and focuses his professional activity mainly on development of investment projects, tax planning and management of corporate structures. Before Algorta & Regent, he worked at the Uruguayan State Bank “Banco de la República Oriental del Uruguay”.
